Light Therapy
A pulsed light process known as 'PHOTO MODULATION' is used to apply light directly to the area being
treated. Light is applied painlessly to the skin using LED's - Light Emitting Diodes'.
LED's deliver high intensity light dispersed over a wide surface area, thus they offer the most efficient
form of light therapy. The inbuilt Lumo-wand delivers the full array of beneficial light via optical performance
LED's that effectively penetrate and stimulate the dermal layers.
The four main colours are at different points of the spectrum of a rainbow.
- Violet promotes healing and therefore can treat problem skin
- Green enhances facial tone and fullness - is ideal after a non-surgical face-lift to give the treatment longevity
- Yellow for markedly sagging skin where skin has lost its elasticity and through collagen degradation, lines have become quite deep
- Red is great for promoting circulation and metabolism. When a skin cell is working at its optimum - receiving nutrients, oxygen and increased circulation, there is increased removal of wastes and toxins, therefore the skin can look its best.
